Attract, Develop and Retain Top Tech Talent!

Matthew Burrows

Matthew Burrows is a past President of the Institute of Service Management, contributor to service management and project management standards and publications, member of the SFIA Council and the Global Design Authority for SFIA (the Skills Framework for the Information Age). An internationally-recognised thought leader, SFIA Accredited Consultant and Trainer, Matthew works with companies and governments to improve Digital Skills Management maturity, and how to attract, develop and retain Digital, ICT, Cybersecurity and other technology-focussed professionals.

Talent shortage has become the top risk, closely followed by the pace of change. 92% of companies are taking on a form of Digital Transformation, but only 16% of executives believe their teams have the capabilities to deliver their digital strategy. Digital, IT, Cybersecurity, and other technology-focussed specialists are in high demand, and therefore toward the top of the tables in terms of turnover. Find out about the key challenges, and what those who are getting it right are doing. Practical, hands-on guidance that you'll be able to take away and apply in your organization. The presentation will include an overview of the latest developments with SFIA, the international skills and competencies framework which covers digital, cybersecurity, ICT, software engineering and other technology-based specialisms.
