Conference Discounts

The 18th itSMFA National Conference will be held at the Sofitel Wentworth Sydney August 20th – 21st 2015. This premiere event on the ITSM calendar brings together the best speakers Australia wide and internationally and features keynotes, workshops, a choice of breakout sessions, industry networking opportunities, and exhibitors along with a motivational breakfast speaker, social networking activities and a spectacular gala awards dinner.

Members enjoy access to a wide range of specialised communications  tailored to their industry. These include:

The Bulletin – now published 8 times a year, this is the only magazine dedicated to the Service Management industry here in Australia. It averages 22 pages per edition and 32 for the Conference publication which is the only one prepared as a ‘hard copy’

Forum members contribute the bulk of the articles in the Bulletin and these are then re-published  across the spectrum of social media including Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.

Media releases – these are published as required and distributed to a wide list of media outlets in both the electronic and traditional space

itSMF Newsletters – these are published at least 12 times a year. They are distributed to the wider itSMF community and are a newsy and informal way to catch up on what is happening in the industry nationally.

Executive Officer Update – the EO Update is published on an ‘as needs’ basis and has a restricted distribution. It is primarily a media tool for the Board and State Chairs and serves to keep them up to date with some of the larger issues being worked on in the National office.

Social Media – itSMF Australia is now very active across a number of social media outlets including Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. Posts are made to most days and are an excellent way to keep up to date with what itSMF is doing, what is coming up and news in general. We are working to increase our contributions on You Tube and a number of other sites.
